The Heart of Our Mission
For over two decades, the Servants of Mary have provided compassionate, dignified, and professional healthcare in one of the most underserved regions of Central Africa.
Saint Maria Soledad Catholic Hospital is open 24 hours a day, welcoming every patient regardless of race, religion, or economic status.
Each year, the hospital provides more than 9,500 consultations and safely assists over 830 births, serving thousands of families across Bamenda and surrounding rural communities

Our mission combines medical expertise with a deep commitment to human dignity. From maternity and prenatal care to tropical disease treatment, preventive medicine, and HIV prevention programs, we serve those who would otherwise have no access to healthcare.

Governance & Donations
All international donations supporting Saint Maria Soledad Catholic Hospital are managed through Amigos de Bamenda, a registered non-profit association in Spain (National Registration No. 604577).
This structure ensures fiscal compliance, transparency, and accountability under European regulations, allowing donors, foundations, and institutions to support the hospital with confidence.
Institutional Support
We gratefully acknowledge the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF) for the donation of 300 football kits supporting youth development and community wellbeing in Bamenda.
We remain committed to building long-term partnerships with institutions, foundations, and socially responsible organizations that share our vision of protecting mothers and children.
